Videos for The Father Center of New Jersey and ReThink Energy NJ recognized
LAWRENCEVILLE, NJ (June 23, 2021) – Videos created by Taft Communications for two clients grabbed honors at the 27th annual Communicator Awards hosted by the Academy of Interactive & Visual Arts (AIVA).
The highly competitive awards recognize the creative efficacy of professionals in all fields of communications.
Taft won in two categories:
- Award of Distinction, 2021 online video-social responsibility for ReThink Energy NJ
- Award of Distinction, 2021 online video-nonprofit for The Father Center
ReThink Energy NJ wanted to raise awareness about how the COVID-19 pandemic heightened the need to reset priorities and rebuild in ways that help sustain people and the planet. The “Green Recovery” video raises awareness about the benefits of switching from fossil fuels to clean energy like wind and solar. Its message about the good job created by investments in renewable energy helps residents and state legislators understand the economic importance of this new direction.
The Father Center of New Jersey rebrand video is the result of a year-long process updating the profile and messaging of the organization previously known as UIH Family Partners to reflect its mission and values more compellingly. The video conveys The Father Center’s story, spirit, and program offerings in a way that motivates viewers to feel more connected to the organization and to support its work.
