We are in search of an experienced creative director who can support and/or oversee creative projects to augment our full team. We’re seeking someone ideally with copywriting experience in addition to creative direction.
The creative director will serve a leadership role guiding creative deliverables from creative brief to final completion. In many cases, this will be overseeing a creative team (writer and designer); in some cases this will mean functioning as the writer and pairing with a designer. Taft creative deliverables are generally online marketing and advertising pieces; social media content; internal company video scripts; leading video production with outside vendors; annual reports; message platform development; and internal slide presentations.
The work is grounded in Taft’s focus areas — corporate purpose and responsibility, DEI, employee engagement, health, social impact, and sustainability. The ability to hit the ground running is a plus. The creative director will work in connection with Taft account team leaders to deliver excellent creative content to clients.
