The host of Taft’s widely used “Leading Through Tech” best-practices video, Sheila brings experience and an innate ability to the trainings we offer in public presentations, handling media interviews, writing and other aspects of the “constant conversation” essential to success. Sheila was a vice president of consulting at DiversityInc, with responsibilities that included providing diversity management and metrics consulting to a mix of pharmaceutical, retail, chemical, insurance, and manufacturing firms. Her background also involves serving as vice president of corporate communications for Jackson Hewitt, the nation’s second largest tax preparation service, where she was corporate spokesperson, led national communications programs, managed brand reputation and crisis communications, and conducted media and communications training for franchisees. Sheila has a bachelor’s degree in speech communications from Syracuse University.
