Erika’s passion is bringing teams of people together to meet clients’ needs, unlock opportunities, and drive maximum collective performance. She is adept at getting to the heart of an issue and getting people on the same page in an environment of near-constant change. Erika was senior VP of business development and marketing at Weber Shandwick, where she played key roles in client assignments that included Airbnb, Riot Games, and Covered California — the state’s health insurance marketplace. Over 15 years in strategic communications work, she also held growth-focused roles at MSLGROUP and MWW. Erika knows how to leverage agency sponsorships for brand-building and lead generation and has done so for the World Economic Forum and the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity. She’s also helped plan intimate client events and a panel discussion at the annual SXSW Interactive Conference, a focal point for creative people around the world. She has a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Rutgers University and a master’s from New York University’s School of Continuing and Professional Studies. Erika loves gardening and dancing, though not necessarily at the same time.
