About the webinar

December 14, 2021 • noon-1 p.m. ET / 9-10 a.m. PT

Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) are essential in today’s workplace as organizations seek to create an inclusive culture that is built upon diverse recruiting practices and provides every employee the opportunity to be seen, heard, included, promoted, and valued.

DEI is about respecting and honoring differences, making sure practices and procedures are equitable, and that employees feel a sense of belonging — not only within their teams but across the larger organization as well. Despite a more intense focus on DEI over the past two years, there’s still much work to be done.

Today, organizations need DEI plans that produce meaningful action and sustainable change. Doing this well means building a clearly-articulated set of DEI values and goals, then gaining acceptance and adherence throughout the organization — from the C-suite to entry-level employees.

Join us for a panel discussion during which DEI leaders will discuss the results of Taft Communications’ national State of Diversity® Survey and the challenges faced by employers today. You’ll hear about best practices, with a particular focus on the role internal and external communications play to create an authentic culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
